Lock code won't let me put my code in the box and of course I can't remove it for the same reason!!! :?: :wailing: :drool: :grr :shocked: :silly:

Sorry I just now seen this, no I did not. I finally got it to a point that I was able to disable it. I recently submitted a ticket for another matter and was talking to a young lady from support, she asked me a question and I have answered her about 4 times and I still haven't gotten a response back and it is going on 2 weeks now so I figured the whole ticket process is a waste of time. Thank you for asking, our short conversation is more than I got with the support team.
