I've been a VIP Member forever and today I went to buy something in the VIP store and it says I'm not a VIP member. When I click on VIP it shows my next renewal date as 12/20 which is correct since I was just charged for it 11/20. How do I correct this?

Hey Ms Mimi have you migrated to the new yoworld.com platform?, if you have and you are yet to transfer over your VIP subscription that could explain the reason for the message. In any event, please contact the player support team by submitting a ticket using the help tab above the game screen.
