My little guy didn't migrate properly. The New Yoworld.com was a huge pain in the neck to log ito since I couldn't remember my email password. It's been over 12 years since Harley joined back when it was YoVille. I did everything to get into the .com page and when it finally opened, it asked me if I was male or female then proceeded to give me 2000 coins..... WHAT!!?? I have tens of millions.... Please help me migrate. I checked my YoWorld through fb and everything seemed normal but it DOT COM... nothing. Please help.

Hey William, sorry to read about the mix up with your migration. To get this sorted out you will need to submit a ticket to the Player Support Team.

Because of the mix up I suggest that you access your game account by going thru Facebook as you have done, and click the help tab above the game screen to submit your ticket. The Vikings are unable to offer any direct assistance on these boards.

The same thing happened to me--it started me as a new player on the app. I am my regular self on Chrome/Facebook. I thought I sent a ticket but there must be so many that it could take a while. Either that or it's when nothing was working and my e-mail bounced. That happened a bunch too.
