Having trouble with mine too. Since the recent change it opens to a page asking me to confirm my payment method (used to go to FB automatically) but when I do, it doesn't work so I can't claim my piggy points. I am on Chrome.

**Ha! Just tried again and for the first time in days it worked!!! You must have fixed the issue**.
