I purchased the canadian house the diamond for the hangout/comps etc was over the teleport arrow so i couldnt access the house i went to help and did a ticket .. some days later the diamond was gone which allowed me to get in to the house however, i now do not have the diamond anywhere and can not access the hangouts/comps/gems etc .. :( .. i thought the teleport arrow would be moved or the diamond moved not have the diamond taken away completely so i couldnt play the other games ... ive put in another ticket but still nothing ?

can the diamond be put back and the teleport arrows for the canadian house moved to a usuable position please
