Hello I played Slots machine and got the scatter for 5 free spins.

On the last spin it froze up so I restarted my game and reentered the casino but it was still frozen. I restarted my computer and entered again but it was still frozen I restarted my internet box but was still frozen I waited on the page but was still frozen. I ran out of options. It has been 9 hours since. Any help?
