The Calendar is always saying that I need to catch up but I don't and why do I have to pay?

I didn't miss a say I do it in the morning and then tonight I did it 15 mins after 8 pm which is when it does it in the Eastern Coast and I do it before it goes over 8 if I missed it the night before, I did it twice today both said I had to pay

It's been doing the same to me for 3 or 4 weeks... 50.000 coins everytime... Support is no help. they don't reply... and I've lost track of how many times I've asked support for help with the video ads not playing, and support won't even reply for that.....for the video ads I only get a grey screen.....

I've had the problem with the calendar too. A lot. Just today, again! What frustrates me is that all too often it's when I would get the most coins on day 6 or 7! PLUS: the monthly calendar that gives us the YoCash. I hate it when I can't complete that calendar, and it's not my fault! I always log in twice within the same time period, once on Google Chrome to collect hot dogs, then on the YoWorld desktop app. And I always double check to make sure I've logged in for all 3 log ins, Calendar, daily and the (what I call YoCash) calendar. I've lost so many coins and am frustrated with it.

I also have the issue with the ads. Haven't been able to get any ads on either the YoWorld phone app or the actual game. So frustrating. Sure wish they could get it fixed.

I appreciate that they are working to fix bugs, just wish they could get this "older" bugs fixed. And if can't fix them, maybe replace those "items" with newer things that might work better.

I have the same problem. I'm on yoworld every day. I never miss a day and it tells me I have to catch up.

WHEN THE GAME STARTED IT TOLD ME TO CATCH UP ALSO AND I WAS NOT LATE AND TO PAY CASH OR COINS SO I JUST IT FOR COINS BUT IT DID NOT ACCEPT IT AND I LOST ONE DAY ALSO :wailing:

It tells you to "catch up" usually because the time that BVG goes by is several hours ahead of most of the players. I have encountered this issue several times and have addressed it as well. Like when it would be the 28th for me, the calendar would say to "catch up" because it is the the 29th for them. So with that said, we would need to play by their time frame in order to bypass the "catch up" issue.
