I have been trying to enter the outfit challenge but it won't let me do anything. The aviator doesn't show up to even dress the guy or girl. I have tried different browsers and I have cleaned my cache and computer thinking that might be my problem but nothing seems to make it work. This all worked the other day when I did the other challenge but not today when it came up new. Hopefully you can fix this before the challenge ends, because I would like to enter it. Thank you for reading and hopefully you can fix this soon.

I also can not enter the challenge. Where the 2 avatars usually are, it is a pink screen, and no description of what the challenge is/what the theme is...and no button at the bottom of the screen to click to start editing the character. *sigh* Hopefully the issue is fixed soon/quickly

I'am so over this! It's always something lately, they fix 1 thing and it messes up something else. They don't seem to care that we lose coins and points and prizes because of they mess up. It matters to me thats alot of coins and prizes. Can't do the challenge and didn't get the free Arcade game yesterday whats next. NOT SO FUN ANYMORE!!! :wailing:

Same here - it's not working at all. I don't like to complain but it's one thing after another these days - the free World Youth Day gift wasn't working yesterday & now this today

I am having the exact same issue today. Also I was not able to collect the free gift yesterday because after clicking on the collect button it did absolutely nothing at all. I thought that was bad enough but now this??? Apparently though I am not the only one having these issues although I have already sent in a ticket to customer service. I guess I will see what they say when & if they respond. I know they have been doing some behind the scenes matinence recently to apparently "make things better" but so far it is only making things worse. :grr

I've tried to enter the Challenge too and can't. There are a lot of Problems in this Game lately. We couldn't get the Free Arcade or the Free Easel, before was VIP Coins and then the Staircase Deals couldn't obtain your Currency or Coins. If this continues I may stop playing as it's not fun anymore. They better get it all fixed.

Glad it's not just me. I can't enter the challenge - which is really the only reason I play everyday. I LOVE the challenges so not being able to enter is annoying. Also did not get the free item yesterday.
