First, are the slots for your factory crew filled? If not, go to the factory, and click on Hire. Send a message to the FB friends you sent a request to so that they could click on the link and agree to be your factory crew.

Once this is done, you are ready to get hotdogs.There are two options - you can post hotdog requests or you can click on hotdog requests. When you already have a factory crew (at least one), you can click on Request Hotdog button below the avi of your factory crew This will post a hotdog request on your FB feed, and anyone of your FB friends can click on it. Once someone clicks, you get a hotdog, and he/she gets one too. Hotdogs increase factory earnings depending on how many you got that time. Note that ideally, every time you go to work, it will be great if you have four hotdogs for your four factory crew - so each time you go to work, hunt your fb feed for hotdog requests and click on them
