Is there some criteria I have to meet to fill the star hire position in the factory?

If it's the fourth one, only someone who hasn't played in a long time can be used. I had my husband create an account and it took about a month before I could add him.

i was wondering why no matter how many times I requested to hire friends who currently play would not be hired. They were looking for notifications each time i requested, but they haven't gotten any i send. hmm.. I need another worker lol

Get someone who hasn't played in a long time to agree to come on, but before they do send them the request.

The star hire is not someone who has played a long time. That is for sure. .. both times it was not anyone who they even knew well. .. Ill let you all keep guessing lol. It is not what you think..
