I never get any YoWorld notifications from my neighbors on my FB page. They just stopped a long time ago. Can anyone tell me why that is? Is there an options screen for the game somewhere in the vast depths of FB I am overlooking? Help! Ty.

Facebook has started only showing us things we show interest in...or click on.
So go to those friends FB pages, or start clicking on things they post and you will start to see more.
