The avatar updates itself from game automatically Ruby. But BVG have temporarily turned the feature off for now

They will probably switch it back on when they done whatever they got to do to make it work again

I was like that the first day I joined the forum. Only the feature was working then and I was just impatient. I could not wait the twenty minutes or so it took initially to start displaying :p (more like five or ten minutes, which lasted an eternity

Try:

Step 1: go into game, edit clothing. (actually change an item HH or something) Save it.
Step 2: On this page, scroll to the bottom, look right. Click "Delete all board cookies"
Step 3. You will be logged out, log back in.
