How do I link a new house to my avenue?

Go to the avenue that you want to hook the house too , then go in edit mode .
And once you are in edit mode, then click one of the exit arrows that you want the house to be at .
And then a list of your houses will pop up .
Click the house that you want to be connected and save .
And poof it is connected . sometimes houses like to randomly unconnect their selves and it can be a pain .

Right next to edit avatar at the bottom of the game screen is edit room . when you click that you are in edit mode .

when I click that, all I can do is either add things to a "room" or remove things from the room. thanks for your assistance but I guess I need instructions laid out for "extreme dummies". *sigh&

If I'm not mistaken, you can only add an avenue to a house, not the other way around. So you have to be ON the avenue.

If I'm not mistaken, you can only add an avenue to a house, not the other way around. So you have to be ON the avenue.

Once you are on the avenue, click the chair (decorate room), then click on the arrow and choose the house u want to add. Make sure you save it.
