anyone know where the cellar is.its listed on room decor progress

Zynga never made the cellar. It's on the list, but it doesn't actually exist.

There is an easy fix for this.
Go to the home put an arrow on the ground outside make sure the outside is a leveled room.
Then find a home or avenue or room from another home that is not finished and make yourself a cellar. Then call the name of the room cellar after you level this room up to level 10. Once level 10 put down your arrow. To really be impressive put a coffin in front of the arrow. this way it will look like the person visiting the cellar comes out of the coffin!
