I cannot reset my lock code b/c the link that is sent to me does not work. I have not been able to purchase anything or participate in any of the crystal events for the last year. December 6, 2017 I sent yoworld an email and have not received any help! 1 year, 2 days and no help from yoworld!

How can I get rid of the lock code? I don't want it if it means I can't play the game! So frustrating!

yes that is frustrating ..
you sent them a help ticket. but you have not heard one thing?
did you get an AUTO replly?
if you did not get an auto reply it went into your spam folder.
Since it has been so long
send in another help ticket giving all details to them. in the email. then. you go immediatley to your inbox email and look in your spam for the auto response in the spam folder. then you ADD BVG to your contact list. then wait.

If you heard zero it is because their emeil went to your spam.
so this time after you send in a ticket
go to your email and look in spam and then ADD bvg to your contact list. then you can hear from them
