Hello all! Currently I am unable to access my inbox messages because it says the "folder is full" yet I have no messages in my inbox and I also cleared out my Outbox, sent box, and drafts. Why am I not able to access my messages, and how do I fix it?

Hi can you click where it says "release on hold" messages?
