Question, the "ad" says you have a "chance" to buy this dress. Does that mean if you make a purchase you "WILL" get the dress, or "have a CHANCE" to get it, or might get something else?

You will get the regular non-animated version on the left for sure but you also have the chance of winning the rare animated version on the right.
