Not able to use stuff in inventory. Every time I try it wants me to sell it or remove it completely. How can I gain access to those items?

To get to those items . First You have to be in the room that want to put them in. Then at the bottom of the game screen There is a red chair. That is the edit room button . Then after you click that ,a bar will come up of the stores .And there will also be a button that says" my stuff"if you click that you get items out of your invotory . And the reason it only said sell item was because you were in your invotory .

I used to get confused with this.
I would has how do I get the stuff I bought and decorate.
another person say its in your inventory.
I poof. run in my room look in inventory.
i poof back to altons.
the person was gone.
SO I asked again.
they said click the red chair. POOF
id run in the apartment run in the bedroom and click the red chair. nothing. I moved it around the room. nothing. I set in on top of the bed. I ran back out and go back to altons and again a whole new crew of helpers.
so then. I say. clicking that chair does not work to help me decorate.
SO finally a person decided to be my friend . Smokie.
I had not collected any coins in weeks. I forgot. I did not k now how to ask for crew or if I wanted one sincee the ones att alton seemed to be alright at the time.

Aarnold I did that and it is not in "my stuff"...it only shows up in inventory.

Hi Chef, I had the exact same problem once. I had a pink thread, a screw, a hammer and another widget. They did not place in the room at all. They were in my inventory. However at that time I was able to see them from my stuff too. Now I cant see them from my stuff.

I think it is old things that are not placeable, tradeable or sell able in my case. In my case I think it was part of the "game"
in your case It could be older things that are no longer placeable or tradeable.
I had a pinaapple drink that refused to be placed too. It drove me crazy. lol
Can you post a picture of what you are not able to place in here. It is good information for us. thanks.

the dog is not in Your "stuff." The dog is a HH or an item. Go edit your avatar and type in Party Dog.
