I have played yoville before it became yoworld, I had 2 accounts one on my gmail acct & one on yahoo. since I haven't played for at least 3 years I still have my yoworld acct on my gmail acct & my yahoo acct is still there but I cant get into it and a lot of my stuff is in that acct. can anyone please tell me if there is anything I can do to get into my other acct.
Both of my accts are under the name Rosie.

We are only allowed one account per SNS. At one time we had My space and facebook and Tagged to play Yoville on ( 3 different SNS) we could only have 1 account per SNS

So if you had an account on tagged and fb, once tagged closed, Yoville allowed a Safe transfer to a brand new account on FB but if you had an existing account on Facebook it would overwrite it and all the things on fb you would lose. The only other way was to transfer items to yourself If you know how to buddy yourself which is not an easy task to say the least, or you could give to freind who had an account on tagged and Facebook and gift it to the fb person .. so when this happened. a lot of people scammed their so called friends and many were stolen from as many had an account on FB and TAGGED AND MY SPACE. so when TAGGED closed the players who were transerfering through friends got ripped off.
Then MS Shut down.
MY WORLD gave a time limit to have the items transfered to FACEBOOK, I think 3 or 4 month warning.
Many choose to gift themself or take chances with friends.
Those who only had 1 account on only 1 server were easy peasy.. but those who had 1 account perSNS ( which is within the rules) Had to either gift themselves or use a friend or a few friends to hold the items or have a safe transfer to Face book, If they had an account on facebook all the items on facebook would be over written. The items on fb would be lost.
That is what happened in this transfer in 2014.
I am not sure if you had an account on MS or not or if this is what you are refereing to.
If it is. I am very sorry but the time limit is up on this transfer from My Space. My space gave a time limit to have this done as they were getting new owners and were NOT hosting this game any longer.
But if you have 2 accounts on face book. I would choose one. you will have to write BVG on this older account as they do archive them if people are not playing. I beleive your main is preserved.

I really need more info to know where you are.
Write to BVG thru the help tab in bugs and reporting. look for an auto email in your spam and add them to your contact.
