Is there any way to send a gift to someone who is not a buddy or friend? Also, can you send yo coins? Thks

to send a gift to a person who is not a buddy you must see them in game and click on their avatar and send a gift. Or
If you have ID you go to their APT link and send them a gift thru the apt link.
If you want to know ID you first send them gift in person on their avatar .. Go to log, it says Id,
then with Id you go to apt link to send a gift who is not a buddy.

You cannot send coins except in person in a trade. you put in coins and they put in an exchange gift.
