How do you get to your neighbor's list for the factory? The one where you get credit for them being your neighbor?

The way I got mine was to carefully select them off of an ADD ME page and add them to my facebook.
Here are some good thing to go by.
1. It is best not to add strangers but add your own family and friends, ( some of us do not have family and friends who play) SO .. it is best to add the next best thing. A nice person, someone who plays fair, does not cheat and does not hate.
2. When you go to an ADD ME page, look at their profiles, if they have ( names that are fake added to them or YOVILLIAN or YO WORLDIAN names. do not add them .. Do not add fake names or Yo worldian or Yovillian named people. ( it is against the rules) only add fair players and those who play by rules. ..
3. Add only people who are over 13 or specifically adults if you like adults only.
4. The other way to add them is to go to the bank and buy neighbors. Personally, I bought neighbors, cuz, I got sick of adding people that were mean. .. Id rather play alone than add people that are mean.
( I added them by adding them into my fb friend list and put them as acquaintances. then feeding my wall feeds to acquaintances from the game...
)) not easy.

I might also point out that currently, many people report that the 'add neighbor' feature is not working. First, the friends were not showing up in the "add neighbors' dialogue box, then the requests were not going out, and now, the requests are going out, but but clicking on the link either goes to a blank page, or generates an error, depending on the browser.
Buying neighbors works however.
