Yes I am trying to get this crafting feature to work by why do I get a message saying this feature is disabled? Please help me.

Welcome to the forums.
The crafting is disabled at the moment by BVG and should be running again as soon as possible. In the mean time. Have fun.

...which *crafting* feature do you mean?...
...the one in the factory or the collections?...

...if you mean that one in the factory...it is stil working...
...unless you have choosen one item which can't be made any longer...
...not sure if this feature is working if you are outside of the factory and try to reach it from the button on game screen base...

...this feature needs the special delivery boxes...placed into a room...by clicking on them you got them items added...
...which you need to build up an item in the factory...but please...select before you click on those boxes and item to build...

I thought it was disabled too my daughter has all the pieces but can not build (in the factory) ?

It is disabled, both the crafting and collectables are disabled in the factory until further notice.

In the factory it worked for me one day.. but then when I tried crafting multiple items it took the items i had saved up (the paint buckets, wooden boards, nails) to build with and never put the items in my inventory.

Brooke, correct, if you have your parts and pieces it will craft items still..

...the crafting feature in the factory IS STIL WORKING!...

...I built there a lot of those black couches...

...go to the factory...click on the machine on the right side...
...stop the item the machine is working on...
...then close the pop-up...click again on that machine...
...choose an item to be build...get out of game...clear your browser cache...
...go back into game...go to factory...click on the machine...check how many items are needed left to build the item...
...got to a room where you have placed or are placing the brown special mystery boxes...
...click on them while placed in the room...they will open...and the items you need for build the item will pop out...
...open only as much boxes as the amount of needed things are left...

...if you did...go to factory...click on the machine...and if you have all items...click on build...

...item will appear in your inventory...
...if it does not...get out of game...clear your browser cache...check again as also check the machine in the factory...
