how do i get rid of a ghost person ?

Ghost person? I am not familiar with this, unless it's someone you blocked.

i am new at the game, a person, who is allways at my default house, even when he is offline. somebody told me he is a ghost person.

Oh, those are people who visited your apartment to collect their daily visits, a feature that has been suspended for now.

If you click on them it will take you to their house, and then when you go home they should be gone.

When I first played there were hundreds of them in my apartment, in every room. I did not know who they were, I thought they were "stalkers." (no clue) I went to their follow them back to apt and yell at them telling them to stop stalking me. Well little do Iknow.

They are not ghost people in your apt. they are others who make visits to you in coin runs or visit you. The game allows you to see who came over and you were not home. Do not worry, your friends, ( neighbors can only see your "default home," on visits but other homes when they click you if you are off line or on line.
A stranger can see your home by reading a note you leave at other home but they will only go to your "default home, You apartment, or a home you set as your default."

We have 3 choices when we see them at our apt.
1. leave them with you, then when you take pictures it looks like you have company. It is sorta of fun to take a picture of them and you, and if you know them send them the picture.
2. go visit them back in their default home ( we were able to collect extra coins this way when we traveled back to their homes ( do not hit the x on them ) You can click on them and follow by selecting visit.
3. Click the x. this sends them back home.
