Good evening folks , I was just wondering about the timings on post. When someone posts it has the date and time above near the poster's avatar of when the post was submitted. I was wondering , is the timing according to when the poster posted in his time or is it different for everyone and changes to suit each person's own timing ?

** Sorry for the confusion , I know I used a lot of the words time and poster.
Thank you in advance ! :D

Whatever your time zone is set to is the time you see.
So.. if you post at 8:15am in Pacific time.. you will see 8:15am, and if someone comments on that post 2 minutes later you will see 8:17am. No matter where they are living.

They will see whatever their time zone is.
