I ended up doing 24 rooms for the Green Haven theme (pictures are below).
And herein lies the tale behind the pictures....

Green Haven is a city and the surrounding suburbs overgrown by nature. It is rumored that the Nature Gone Wild disaster all started in a lab called "The Monkey Business" where their last experiment was a rapid growth plant fertilizer. Something went horribly wrong and now the Green Haven YoWorld is rapidly being overgrown and overtaken by nature.

People in the city form communes in their building with shared common areas and a rooftop garden to survive. In the main building there is a study where an eccentric naturalist spends most of his time with his books and the visiting survivalists of the Nature Gone Wild disaster. He keeps some pet giant Venus Fly Traps on his balcony and the plants' favorite playtime is to swallow you and spit you back out like fishermen do with catch and release. :D

Some sections of the city are completely flooded due to plants weakening the dam and so people navigate along walkways above the streets, sometimes sharing the catwalk with actual wild cats while sharks mill about below. And city balconies are not safe either because cats love to perch up high and they hate having their sleep disturbed.

The local church has been abandoned to the ravages of nature so only the animals gather there now. The only city site not overgrown is the city's arboretum where nature seems happy to share space with the remaining people.

Meanwhile, the suburbanites rough it out in a commune in the Haven Woods. Once newcomers pass muster with the Wisdom Tree, they can share supplies and survival strategies while fishing for their supper. Just watch out for flying squirrels or other dangers lurking in the woods.

Enjoy! :)

I love it! Working on a Green Haven theme story line as well. Mine began from a global disease and people locked themselves away where they slowly died off while everything began to be reclaimed by nature. A few survivors journey out from the city in hopes of finding others...and who knows what they may encounter along the way

While decorating is slow and sparse, I'm enjoying visiting some of my older homes like this Green Haven adventure. :)
