Desktop App doesn't work and since you have started using YoWorld Streaming you have removed my ability to use Facebook Gameroom so i am no longer able to play adds or get the Desktop App rewards so i am losing all ways round :?: :?: :?: :?:

Why doesn't the desktop app work for you? What Operating System do you use? If you use either a laptop or a desktop with either Windows OS or Mac OS, it should work. For the time being, it is the best way to play YW.

Vaulting 4 themes while all this is going on. One theme vaulting also tough enough but 4. So many can't get on until the html5 transfer is done. Don't you guys want to make more money and do the vaulting after. Why add to the strain of people's massive inventory at a time like this when you could have a celebration sale after html5 transfer completed. This does not augur well.

this is total bs. i can get on the game but its laggy as hell. whoever makes these crap decisions obviously doesn't play the game. there is no way to do this in two weeks. plus they should not be vaulting the furniture store!! there is about 1,500 items alone in the 4 themes in the furniture store. and yes many can't play until after html is complete. vaulting should be held off until after the switchover and only one theme at a time. and furniture should not be vaulted! crap move which makes me wanna quit. sick of this bs

Hi Betty! You said you were using a computer. In that case, I strongly suggest that you download and install the YW Desktop app. Not only that it won't disconnect you when you are idle for 5 minutes, it will give you 172.000 coins, 25 YoCash, and 6 exclusive items per month if you use it at least once a day, daily.

If you don't want to install the YW Desktop app, then try using a different browser on your computer. Firefox browser and Vivaldi browser work fine as long as you don't use them on a mobile device like cell phones or tablets. Actually Google Chrome browser works fine too, so I don't get why you cannot access YW using it. Anyway, good luck!

Edited to add: Ads are being disabled for streaming, at least at the moment. However, the ads are not disabled in the YW Desktop app. You can still watch ads everyday if you use the YW Desktop app.

Are you using a mobile device? We cannot connect if we use a mobile device because unfortunately they are not supported for the time being. If you have a laptop or a desktop, please use it to access the game.

We cannot tell you what to do if we do not know what device and what browser/s have failed you. Please tell us more details so we can help you with tips, suggestions, etc.

The streaming is not working every time. Sometimes I have to refresh numerous times before it finally connects. I can use the app for now but I just hope they get us over to html5 quickly so we can get back to playing the game and not worrying about all of this.

so fine then. i'll find something else to do for the most part since so many of my high level buddies were smart enough, long before this, to vacate the premises. i was already sick of being tossed out most every time i tried to JOIN someone or click on an EVENT or use that nasty bvg MAP so this is the final straw.
i'd have MUCH MORE PATIENCE with this if all of the other disconnecting hadn't been going on ... VERY REGULARLY ... since bvg came in and trashed so many COMMUNITY avenues of connecting with other players. in all of these years of this sorry business, bvg has NEVER made an effort to fix those problems (or the other cr*p like that sorry GIFTING section). but OH I'M SO SURE that this issue is temporary. as temporary as all of the rest that i've mentioned...? so give it FOUR to SIX YRS and then maybe it'll be all fixed up. nice.


I haven't tested it in the streaming, but Yoworld always disconnected you for inactivity, like after 5 minutes away from keyboard. But even if you're not inactive, once you're in the game for about 20 minutes, arrows and map areas don't work and you get the disconnect message. You're right it's always been that way and it would be nice if they fixed it. But, I think it's just a server resource saver that tries to offload anyone who has become inactive.

Maybe they could increase the timeout period? That would be nice...

That about the monthly things u get in desktop apps verys, its not always as much yc and i seen it before some months where it gave none. However its still free and i hope the keep desktop app, yes i got to agree about valuting during this mess, Also i still say they need to give us a nice packes for putting up with this and staying loyal i stared more on that allready.

You are right, this month (January) they only give 15YC. I thought they increased the YC since last December.

For the time being, we can play YW only if we use a laptop or desktop. We cannot play it on mobile. I read in another thread that we can use Chrome on a Kindle Fire tablet, but I am not sure which version that is.

Hello, I have been a user of the game for more than ten years! Since December 30, 2020 I cannot access the game through Puffin. When will a version be available to play from an Android mobile phone? It is unfortunate that many users have been left without service due to this change from Flash to the HTML5 platform. It would be interesting if they took this into account, since not all of us can have access through PC.We also continue to hope that there may be a change in the languages, as there is also a large Spanish-speaking community that cannot communicate properly. This is because the system does not recognize the characters and spellings used in written Spanish. I hope and wish you take into consideration my proposal, which will surely be that of many other users. Thank you very much for your time and happy new year Vikings!
