how do you win items from the companion app? :eh:

i have been playing since the day it was released but ive never actually won an item just coins and yc.

Everyone is winning items that are transfered to the game but the only item Ive won is the tablet thing for signing up.

I am on level 21 on the companion app. does level matter in getting items?

is from getting 3 treasure chests and if you get 5 in a row you get 3 of each item
try to play all games not just the latest i won mostly in the first game you played also go to diamons and leel up on the game that looks like candy crush

If you play slots you should have won a lot.... Check your inventory they get added there maybe you never got a pop-up. It would be impossible for you to be level 21 and have no items, check your inventory for Bronto costume or Humpty costume or Rock yober.. There's some other stuff too.

I would recommend betting max JUST for the golden spins.
My max bet so far 5000, so I make sure I have 50,000 for the 10 spins.
If you get a treasure chest that lands in between your winning line, you get a random item.

I looked through my inventory for those and I dont seem to have them. The only thing I noticed that I dont remember buying is "futuristic robot helper" is that a companion item? Maybe i am just unlucky in winning items.

Bobbi, if you tap the little gear on the bottom of the screen under "Buy", there is a menu, and one of the options in that menu is "Collection"...If you tap that, you should see any prizes you've won.

I didn't know that!! but it seems to just give you the last 21 prizes you have won. That's why there are no brontosaurus costumes on mine I think.. :haha:

i answer this before the companion update
now is not even paying on the hits
not getting any gifts
i played for at list 20 times 2k and all it was giving back with 2 x 3 rows 600 payout LOL not even half my 2k
