since 11.45 last night uk time app wont load again missed daily bonuses !! its so not good enough and we dont even get told there are issues or when it is likley to be running again :eh:

No one in charge seems to comment here. Not sure why they even made this topic. They don't comment on the discussions area on this and I'm still waiting on a reply from a ticket sent 2 weeks ago. The last time I could log in was the 13th.

I WAS having issues.

Followed suggestions, deleted YMC app and reloaded, logged in using fb app still nothing. Deleted and reloaded logged in

INSTEAD of clicking log in with app I choose email password option

NOW I can get in! hope this helps someone.

I'm not sure what it has to do with it, but after trying everything for a full day and a half to get the app to load, it finally loaded after I made room on my iCloud that was full.

I am really disappointed in this app. I got an ipad just so I can play it and the app never works! Can't get on at all today. Most days half the casino games won't load and the Jewel game is always crashing! I have deleted the game and reloaded it but still only get half the games I should at the level I am at. I have heard lots of complaints about playing this app on an ipad. Has BVG given up on fixing this app?

They must have fixed it when they came in this morning. I tried around 7am Eastern time & it was still down, but when I tried again at noon, it was working. Let's hope it stays fixed!! :thumbsup:

I wish they update the version .....with new fixtures from the app which keep on crashing all the time...
