I SENT 10 GIFTS AND HAVE A PRINT SCREEN SHOT AS PROOF; HOWEVER, IT IS COUNTING ONLY 7! I NEED HELP IN CORRECTING THIS TO MEET MY CHALLENGE. I DON'T THINK I CAN SEND MORE WITH THE COUNT 10/10.
I do not know how to send screen shots. I have never gotten my screen shots to open in problem reports.

I can never finish this part of the quest since you can't send gifts without them asking for them, the most I've ever done is 4 or 5. I generally just skip any quest that includes sending gifts. If we could do it like in the desktop game, it would be different ...

I've found that if you send some from your desktop BEFORE you check into the Mobile App in the evening that they don't count. I'll send 5-6 out while I'm in the game and then I open the Mobile App and find that not a single one counts toward the 10 that I need to complete the quest.

BVG may as well remove this action from the mobile app as it never works, I have NEVER been able to send 10 gifts

Hi it's Nicole and I can't be bothered signing Natasja out so this will be on her account. This is what you need to know Giving you the low down.
1. The mobile app needs to reset everyday because of this you must log into the app to reset it. It is no use trying to do it from the Desktop app, Gameroom or anything else you access the actual game YoWorld. So at the start of the new day for the Daily rewards and Quest to update log in.

2. Give everyone a chance to put up their request for you to collect them. I usually go in 10 minutes after the change over and get 4 in one go.

3. You can be sure that those same people will more than likely post again in 7 hours.

4. Be nice if you don't need to collect them today. DON'T leave them for someone else. But still request gifts for those that need them today. That is to say that between myself my husband and the 4 devil spawn, never have we all had the same quests on the same day. My son is the only one that needs them today. So 5 x however many gifts are free to good homes.....

Well that is all the handy hints I can give you. We never fail this challenge unless someone just forgets to go and get them.
