1337 speak from days of yore. (Leet for the numbered challenged). There was a reason we first did this now it's just silly but it does help when making strong passwords.

Black Santa.... I"m pretty sure they only sell the santa suit, unless you mean as a decor. Then yeah. I totally agree that we need MORE diversity and not just menial jobs (the maids and bellhops tend to be "dark"). Including the banner up there. Way too white.
