they may be fixing a fault in the new censor of the word "ho" as it blocks it in words such as school, who, home etc, as when i typed school it turned to scyaddaol, and who turned to wyadda, it may not be but i hope it is as it will be very difficult to speak!!

While bumping threads is against the rules of our forum it's not something that we are going to be overly strict about. Bumping these threads every now and then in the off topic forum isn't something you need to worry about. This is more of a rule so that people are aware that they can't, for example, list an item for sale/trade and bump it every 5 minutes so that it is constantly at the top of the page. We also won't just ban you for doing such a thing. We will definitely advise someone to stop before we ban then for a case like this.
