Hahaha darn i felt accomplished... they helped me advance very quick in the game..and when i needed extra coins i worked as a YOstripper..

I still didn't know how to use the chat bar. So when a friend suddenly popped into the room, I would run from room to room and wondering how to get rid of her. She's my cousin by the way and in the end she just when to my house in RL to tell me something.

I can remember hanging around outside altons with about four other new people having a nice chat when this "rich" player turned up and started having go at us for being poor so i spent about 3 minutes shouting random latin phrases at her, Im still not sure why I though that was a good idea.

I remember going to event sales and seeing people muttering hm and I thought they were all wandering around saying hmmmmmmm hmmmmmmm and thought what a bunch of twits. LMAO It took me forever to realize they were actually asking how much!!!
I remember going to auctions (they were only ever closed back then) and seeing people with giant lips above their heads munching and wondering what in blazes that was!!!! Also took me forever to figure out it was a way to get more energy to be able to stay and the auction longer. LMAO.

My first two weeks I would stand outside the Altons watching boxes flying and people yelling GFG and and "someone max me" among other things and wonder what it all meant but was too afraid to ask.

i visited people's randomly & rated down their rooms

also made events to lure others to come so i could kick them & locked my door

I walked everywhere. Didn't discover the use of the map for about a month.
Was afraid of people standing in my apt and would log off and come back only to see them still there. I would get pissed. Finally i came back and they were still there and i started yelling at them and they wouldn't respond. I remember walking up and standing on top of them trying to get them to make a move or answer me and finally figured out they weren't really there.
I remember my first time having the nerve to do a trade and i was so nervous my hands were shaking. LOL I don't know why but i was afraid to do a trade with a perfect stranger for fear of doing it wrong and getting yelled at!! LMAO

1)When I first joined, I kept going up and down the elevator in Alton Towers Lobby.
I thought that was the only way to visit my friends.

Also I was amazed that some of my friends had couches from the girly theme, as well as laptops placed on their tables.
Both coin items from way back then,which are now easily affordable to me.

2)When i was new,I was hesitant to spend any coins before I had a good idea of what was available in all the stores and set priorities.
My first goal was the gothic home,which I was able to buy a few days after christmas.

3)when I was new, I had no idea how to achieve all those badges and kept asking people at Alton Towers about it.
Especially the gold pot achievement seemed really difficult to figure out. I kept walking any-and everywhere on the yo-map hoping to find them,until one player at Alton Towers told me I had to go to Yoville dot com for that.
And that is also how I found the forums.

4)When I was new to the forums and checked out the WCG section to hold my first little contest,I caused some confusion,because I am not a native English speaker and thought that price and prize were the same. So I wrote that the winner would get a price. Lol It took someone to explain it to me before I understood what was wrong.

5) When I was new to Yo, I was scared of going to events. I feared hackers etc.#

6) When being relatively new to visiting events, people said "hagd" (have a good day) and i thought that was their way to avoid the filters catching them saying "hacked",and i got super scared, re-freshed Yo,and checked whether I had really been hacked.

Oooh I did that,too.
Mostly to understand how all the places are connected and to see whether I would run into other players while walking.

I went to tons of g4g's and thought that giving ycash items was better than giving coins so I bought a bunch and started handing them out when people were gifting me frees first.
