Begging aint right. having a dream item is 1 thing. But constantly begging on it aint.

Warning...long story:

I'm scared of beggars now. I went to an event and gifted a girl a few drinks for her new bar room. She added me and visited daily. She would catch me at events or in the middle of a conversation and start asking me for coins. If I offered 10k, she'd ask for 30k. I was dumb and gave it to her several times. I gifted her a hair....big mistake. She came back the next day and asked me for more. I told her the hairs I had were gifts and I could not/would not give them away because they were special to me. I ended up loaning her two after much begging on her part. She came back a couple of days later asking to borrow another hair. I told her to return the first two and I would gladly loan another. We went through multiple "failed trades" where she swore she was putting in the hairs. She then asked me to gift her the hair she wanted. I told her to gift me the two she already had, first. Finally, she fessed up and told me she sold all three of the hairs. I was shaking something fierce and scolded her for betraying me. She told me it is just a game and to get over it. She then said I was probably an old woman with nine cats and a house that smells like piss.

Hard lessons learned! Now, when I see someone begging, I run.....fast! Oh, I gifted three people from the wishlist yesterday and got one thank you. Sad.

I never have either. Quite frankly it disgusts me. It's gotten absolutely shameless on here.

Did anyone notice the events today? I don't know if it's a new tactic or whether they were for real. I didn't bother going to any of them, but the titles, rather than "I'm new. Help"...it was, "don't want to beg" but how do you make coins? or something along those lines. I've seen at least a dozen today.

I gift them sometimes and do sometimes give coins but since BVG has taken over I have had so many asking for things and soooo many claiming to be new I have stopped for now.Too many say they are new then AFTER I give them coins they kick me or they just flat out tell me that they lied and have more than 1 account and in walks the double of them laughing so I am done for awhile..

I can't stand the beggers and I refuse to give anything to them.
The wishlist however, I don't consider begging. It's just a wishlist. I'm not poor in Yo, but I am by no means rich either. I've been given some neat things that are out of my reach by Yo-Angels...and I do my best to pay it forward to somebody else with what I do have. It feels good to me to give.

Lol, that's a new tactic.

I only give to people who may need help on something not beggars. Don't like beggars.

I only give if I feel the urge to do so. and if they were to dare beg me for more stuff.. they'd only end up with me blocking their sorry @$$3$.

I saw that kind of behavior before when I had a place with a lot of free stuff. They were going through the rest of my places asking for things that I had no intention of gifting...I just shut my gifting down at that point and for now. I personally find it very rude.

begging has gotten crazy I send them all here to forums just to see if they will come beg.Most don't

i only give & gift to someone who is a very good at subtle & very discretely .. the one that begs too touchy to my heart, make me emotional wont get my things ! uh-uh

I've never begged for anything in this game. I hate whiners who beg for everything from 'simple flowers to rare retros'. When I naturally refuse the whiners, then I get called selfish and every other name in the book....

I will gift friends and donate if I meet someone and they are nice and sound new. But I don't like giving to people who beg. I think most of the people who beg are not new and it's just a way of scamming. Real new players don't know people can gift you stuff and don't know you can beg.
