All of my houses are a mixture of what I like. I put things together from different themes as long as they match in my mind and compliment each other. That's one of the reasons I have such a hoard/storage. I buy several of the same item that I know I will want to use in more than one home.

I'd like to do houses with just one theme. Hmmmm... good thing to look forward to.

I try to do themes if i get a really good idea i like. But over the last few years... sadly i am a yohoarder and been making piles for future use. i got scared of my piles and decided to maybe sort through them first and then maybe do a room by room theme instead of a whole house.

I've tried to do 'themed' rooms and houses but they just look mostly like
I went to Target and bought a bunch of matching stuff and threw it into a house.

I like taking a spectacular piece and then working a room around the piece.

When I made this thread,I have just started on my New Years spa house. It only has 4 rooms,if you count the entrance,and I may be able to stick with the theme
