Hmmm, I really like the idea of this scavenger hunt for the missing pieces. :?:

The outfit and accessories are right up my alley so to speak. Hair included! IMO.

Thank you!

Well, I'm out. It may have been fun, but I've long since given up on collecting the piggy bank items. It's far too costly to get to the 13th bank. I've never done the full math, but just now added the cost of the banks for a total of $57.87 USD. Of course, I'd really like to know how much yocash total it takes to actually fill the bars, but I'm not a mathematician. I've searched for the third item in the auction house at times, but ninety-nine percent of the time the item is way out of my price range, so it's just a no-go.

BVG, I constantly repeat myself that I know you have to make money to keep the game running, but lately you are making more and more decisions that are leaving out many of your players. This is really disappointing.

Also can you collect all the items and not spend any real money? or will part of this require everyone spend real cash for just a 'chance' of winning a item required to complete the treasure hunt?

This is a great question because I NEVER get visit chests that have yo cash so I highly doubt I would get one with a ticket in it.

This Event on the surface sounds like it COULD be a lot of fun.
But past history of their newer events and challenges the last 2 years tells me NOT to expect this to be fair, reasonably priced, or even doable.
I'm expecting glitched visitor boxes that we will have to weed through many posts by frustrated players who saved chests all year only to find NONE in their hoard. People wondering where the advertised collectibles are in the deals they buy, hair boxes they open, mystery chests crates and packs they buy.
What sounds like fun only is fun if there is delight attatched...............it's been a long time since I felt any of that delight in this game.
Today the game seems to be just a string of 'GOTCHA' moments, one after another. Costly Gotcha moments!!

I am reserving any excitement over this until I see players actually finding and winning these Collectibles.

So prepare for disappointment, but hope for the best.
Those who know me know I'm a glass half full of de-lemonaid always...but with the burn after burn I've gotten from this game lately, it has pulled delight right out of the equation,
and today with this event, I do not believe we have an exception to their norm.

But good luck to us all anyway....I hope my guarded enthusiasm is misplaced...I really do!

Not getting excited at the prospect of something exciting happening. This is BVG after all, and they are building themselves quite a reputation with no help from and despite us and our input. They sure are making a bed of nails for themselves to lay in.
But this is their choice to build for themselves............Fun, or Bed of Nails? I choose fun. Hope we get some.

Great items

But it's a "NO" from me. I don't buy yocash I can't spend to get stuff I actually want. So I will happily do without.

1. Make great stuff
2. Put it ALL in the store
3. Price it fairly

Please stop complicating this

Look, I’m all for collecting stuff... in theory. But at this point it feels like I need to solve a Da Vinci Code puzzle, win a raffle, sell a kidney, AND sacrifice three visitor chests under a blood moon just to complete a set. Whatever happened to just walking into the store, seeing something shiny, and buying it? Remember that? Simply click “Buy” instead of “add to quest log”? Yeah, those were the days.

And hey, on a totally unrelated note (but not really): I haven’t had a working ad since October. That’s right—no sweet, sweet YoCash from the ad gods, just the dreaded “No ads available” message mocking me every day like it’s some kind of cosmic joke. So unless one of the COL2025 items drops from thin air while I’m yawning, I’ll be watching this event from the sidelines...again.

Funny thing is, once you start skipping events, you realize you can just skip everything. Like, the whole game. Wild, right?

But hey—best of luck to everyone out there grinding for those cosmic curls. May your chests be generous and your bundles actually bundled.

Sums it up Perfectly Mr. Whisper!
It Echo's all that has gone so wrong in Yo.

One only has to look pre October 2015, and post October 2015, the date the first big change away from this formula was made.. It is right there and then, the pivotal point in this game, the thing that has brought us here and started the Big Decline.

Well said Mr. Whisper...you need to rename yourself Mr. Shout today, for no truer words than yours exist!

Exactly! And if they want them to be collectibles, they could put them in the store for a limited time. Plus, how do we know if we'll get the pieces we want if we don't want all of them? It's another gamble with them being in the piggy bank and wherever else real money has to be spent for a chance at them. I remember when the old collectibles were in the store for a short time was the norm.

You remember correctly Lisa.
The Collectibles used to be in the store for 2 weeks, before they expired.

AND even more important, THERE WERE ONLY 2 Collectibles PER THEME!
One cost Yocash, the other cost Coins to buy. Everybody had the chance to buy them, and buy them we did!

Today's daily barrage of Collectibles sold on daily pop ups, and only available for only 24 hours is just a bad sick joke in this game!!
This right here is one of the biggest things sinking this game.

Sure your players in Fishworld LOVE IT.......but Yoworld is not nor ever was Fishworld or played like Fishworld.
You have changed this game and given us here in Yo all the negatives about Fishworld, BUT none of the positives. Positives like all the free stuff you give out every day, all the games not tied to the slot machines available to play all day, the daily missions, and a very healthy coin economy.
You have squeezed the life out of the coin economy in Yo.
This picking and choosing only the negative things you do in Fishworld and forcing them on Yoworld has really been the worst plan ever for this game..

Return Yoworld back to the way we played Yoville and Yoworld's early days, and you will find yourself making lots of money again from this game.
But I know I am wasting my breath. I've been telling you the same thing every since you started radically changing Yoworld starting October 2015.
If we loved Fishworld and how it's played so much, we'd all be playing it, but we prefer Yoworld. Running this game the same way you run Fishworld is running it into the ground and has ruined it!!

I like this, I made a thread a while ago suggesting something like this. Collecting things to make one final prize, or in this case an outfit. Great way to add some adventure to the game! The collectors in the game will be happy.

I suggested this ... players can buy the pieces to fill the picture in, when complete they have the picture that can be put in a room.

yes, I thought it was a great idea. I have sent in ideas that include this sort of thing as well --- however, my goal with it was to bring us together, giving us reasons to get out of our homes and out and on the map

Can you imagine what a player would sell this thing for to another player?

I find it's always cheaper to buy directly from BVG. :) (Gambling excluded of course)

Yes, get some pieces at the raceway when winning.. doing X amount of dances at the dance hall.. etc.. it can add some fun to the game. Players can trade pieces they have extras of for pieces they need.. sorta like when I was a kid playing with hockey cards.. got him, got that one, need that one, have plenty of those thanks.
