After the release of the limes and things like that I went to events telling people that menorah and old costumes that were like that might be re-released just a warning and so did all my friends i guess it spread! xD

If anyone is worried that their Menorah Hat is gonna return to store, I'll buy it for 5m coins. Yes you're taking a loss but not as much of a loss if it does get released. I have my reservations on the item being released or not, so I'm willing to take some risk on your behalf but not a lot.

This is an open offer to any Menorah Hat owner.

As of right now, they are all rumors to me. I'll believe it when I see it. Nobody but BVG knows if Menorah is coming out and it does have a chance of it happening but then again, we don't know until it happens.

Gary said they are releasing Unreleased items, he also stated items that were in stores (Even for a few seconds) will no however. So, since Menorah is a short time release item, it wont be released.

I think some people dont realize the difference.

Unreleased, means that those items were introduced by hackers into the game and have stayed in the game.

Short Time-Release, means that the item was put into the game by mistake, and was in stores for people to buy for a few seconds or a couple of minutes.

I'm not seeing where it says an item that was released for "seconds" is not going to be released. But...I guess we all interpret things differently.

If an item was not released the first time for everyone to buy.. I would say judging by Gary's quote, the menorah hat would be fair game - regardless of what origin school of thought you subscribe to.

But, no one knows. Its simply speculation.

Thats how I felt about my duty belt. It's nice to see others enjoying it too. Im sure when its released it will probably be substantially expensive if this one release is anything to go by.

I guess it is all how you read it. To me something that, if it was released for a few minutes, did not give everyone a chance to own it........

Aww well ty because i was getting worried about my bow i busted my little flat yo booty to get it and it would be unfair to just re release it.
Items that i want in game are the latest unreleased items brought in by the modders... the hulk is cute gotta admit it and there was one darn cute zombie cat item... i cant find the picture!! But it was likea cute zombie cat and others that would actually look good enough to be ingame

Many don't believe Menorah was a short time release item but that it was unreleased. After years and years of people asking for people to post their bought in the store menorah with a non refundable tag and in with 09 Christmas items that has not been done by anyone. Zynga stated in their sticky post concerning that unreleased items could not be bought or sold on the forum that the Menorah Hat was one of the unreleased items that could not be bought or sold on the forum.

Un-released items are expected to be released in game for the very first time but Old Rares won't be returning.

I read the article and nowhere does it state that if it was in store, even for a few seconds, it would not be released.

It stated if it was officially released and everyone had the opportunity to get it, then no. The menorah has was never in store and not everyone had the opportunity to get one. Neither was it officially released. Being available on yoville.com for 5 minutes is not an official release.

There is a very good chance that the menorah hat is coming.

I have to agree with you Pete. I think when Gary stated.."If everyone had the opportunity to get it" says it all.
