To be honest with you, I don't see the point in removing the Speedway, there is plenty of space on the map to create an arcade:

And heck! Who knows, this is YoWorld now, they could expand YoWorld's territory, and give it more land to build more town area.

Now, the Ranch, now that's something that should be removed. Why on earth have it? There is already a pet shop in YoWorld, we do not need 2, move the Ranch animals over to Pete's and place something else there.
