It would seem they need to create a glossary of terms.

I think a huge part of all the debate is in what definitions are being applied to each term.

Example: Short time released it seems can be anything that was released with a timer to one item being pulled from a release/theme before the rest of the theme actually left the stores. In my mind there is a huge difference between those 2 things.
