Would you really pay $68 for a costume?

Pete! I get what you're saying... but... In real life... if something is out of your price range... you simply do not buy it! Coins are free! $68 for a costume... or points/coins, (again... free). It's a choice! Learn the game... strategy... earn your way to meet your goals. Scan the Auction House for deals.... sell 'em! Collect 'em! You can find hats and handhelds in AH all the time for 50k in coins. You can also turn around and sell that item for 120k, if you are serious about your 'goal'. Those coins add up quick!!!

Before auction house... I could barely maintain 1mil. After being here for 5+ years... that really stunk!!! Needless to say... between buying and selling... and selling off things I had collected through the years, I am WELL above 1mil (lol)

Problem is... I tend to spend as fast as I make it hehe

I'm glad for the rereleases that were there because I used to where the most expensive hair (guys valentine black) along with my turkey hat (which I still love) all the rich clothes because they were status ... and if you notice the ones who really speak loud against them are the ones who want their status symbols. I was broke from that need to wear status symbols ... some are not so they still need to "protect" their worth. Again I'm against rereleases ... however I'm also against people who make out all who are interested into rereleases into poor wantabes ... and I've seen some of the same people here who said to somebody who wanted to know what wasn't rereleased that that person was just a poor needed to work person and that person wasn't that at all. It's just their way of protecting there selfworth and as much as they are on the forums they must not have a job or anything else in their lives ...

Being a yocash dealer can be to a great advantage also. You can climb the ladder a lot faster that way. And it supports the game. If you don't want to support the game. I don't know then, you'll just have to work your darn butt off lol

Five points to you, Rod. You are right in what you say. But I don't give Pete 5 points because he does not know when it is time to end the thread. A real boss does.

Yeah I just want to see what items they bring to the game. If there anything that matches my hospital theme then I will buy yocash

You know they can and they will pay this. People are foolish when it comes to their wants. I've made 100s of millions of coins leveraging foolishness in here. BVG is betting on it. ;)

Well sometimes when others say stuff like.. all they care about is being rich or their status symbol. Yeah sometimes people will say things like that. It's a two way street when it comes to that. Now myself I don't and won't and have never treated anyone bad in game but if someone mouths me or whatever...yep i'll defend myself.

there will be new themes out there. there is no reason to put re-releases back in stores. economy is bad in yo mostly because of hackers, price guides are not accurate and zynga yo cashing everything. zynga was greedy. to be honest last couple themes zynga put out was junk in my opinion

I don't really care either way either I am just so happy BVG took the game and whatever works best for them works best for me!
Again I think needs to be repeated ... what works best for BVG to keep the game alive is what matters.

I love being with friends here, next love is decorating and next love is clothes. I just want the game kept alive and what works best for BVG works best for me. And what works best for us obviously BVG is interested in because what works for us is what works for them.

Yes Hot Rod you are correct! My pleas are driven by what I don't have. It is not that I can't have them because of money. I have plenty of money to buy the things I want, but my issue is I simply I can't understand discontinuing regular themes(of course I'm talking about zynga not BVG). If they want collectible themes, then make collectible themes.

I totally agree with this. And I think that's why people started asking for re-releases because of the crappy themes zynga was releasing. Oh I wish bvg would put some new out soon. I'm so ready for it.

I disagree on the re-release on any one theme. Simply because I spend a ton of real cash on yocash too buy up items and hoard them away to finally kick off some nice coin flow. I'd hate too see those items being released and I take a major loss. I think by BVG stepping up to the plate and saving us they have in store some great well thought up themes and will more than likely be a hundred percent better than what Z has gave any of us in the past 3 years. Their are themes even I have missed but I wouldn't want those themes to be opened back up for the sake of the players who invested their hard earned coins to be at a loss.

Well you were the first person who said on that thread of the guy who wanted to know what yet has not been rereleased that he just needed to work for what he wanted ... so real lol about your comment here.

There are a few of the old themes that would benefit everyone with them being rereleased that had everday items in them like the heros theme, that would give the everyday fireengine and police and a hospital. The Holiday Places dont need a rerelease as they are holiday places. But anything with Everyday stuff Like Modern Romance, NYC, 50s, Cabin stuff can be used anywhere in any house.. Id like to see that sort of thing rereleased. Im not a noobie, i have a lot of houses and a good amount of money.... Im just fed up of this game being likend to a Financial institution and not a game for fun and freindship.

I play several other apps where items are Limited Edition and untradeable!!!! It would be unheard of to be re-released. People would leave in groves if they did. Those apps understand the nature of collectibilty ;) It also encourages people to play on a regular basis and work towards attaining goals within the game. It gives people a sense of accomplishment.

Goals are good for Yo. Costumes drive many players to deal yo cash. I think this will ultimately be the reason a rerelease does not happen.

And 5 points for Pete for trolling like a boss. LOL

Well look who crawled out from under the woodwork (lol) I think this is the 1st post I have seen from you! :D

The part about being driven by what they do or do not own... I cannot say that this is true in all cases. I do not own 08's. Nor do I care to. (well... not exactly true. I did buy the rereleases just because they were there. ;) )

My "anti"-rerelease stems from how hard all of us have worked and stuck with this game! Through EVERYTHING!!! Again... I do not own any of those beloved items... but I do however, have a good chunk of change... and more homes and items than ANYONE should EVER admit to.

I used to wonder why themes got dropped. Then I realized they were done for 2 reasons. First, the store is a mess when it has more than 20 themes in it. I won't shop in it when it is clogged and difficult. The 2nd and most important reason is money. BVG can generate more money off players buying and selling to get old stuff than they ever will off the initial sale. They know this and use to make money. It is always about money. ;) ;)
