That way, one side will have to accept that some themes will be re-released,
and the other side will have to accept that they can not have all re-released.
Only that way it will be "fair"
When one side completely loses and the other side completely wins, we can't talk about things being fair here at all.
And believe me, if they had decided completely the other way, most of those no'ers would literally scream here on forums and some of them would start to be rude against BVG. Yes, they would feel left out, not cared. May be just not you dear Meleagris.

I don't see those who voted yes in this poll have voted that they want all re-released, that's not what the yes is saying. So your middle ground is really what the yes is saying that they want some re-released.
As one who voted no in this poll I would rather all be re-released then some be re-released so again, it's not a middle ground for me, it's exactly what I don't want.

Veronica (122961678) wrote:Here's what happened in this thread. It was suggested that would people like to see ALL of the in store ghost themes to be unlocked.
After many days, we came to a conclusion that there are 2 roughly equal sides that are totally against that and that totally want that.
This divides players in to 2 precise groups.
Because of that after this point, I am not selfishly insisting on releasing all anymore, what I suggested to find a way to please both sides was to have both sides sacrifice equally from what they want. You personally don't have to agree, but this is the only way to solve this situation fairly. so that it won't be for the benefit of one side only.
What you are defending is, to let it be as it is, as the things on your side is already ok, it seems like you personally see it's not necessary to do something for the other side's pleasure also.

When are people goin to realise that YOWORLD is a game and NOT a financial Institution !!!!!!!

121 YES
118 NO
I don't see what's one sided here. Sorry. What I see some people are just being creative on words & sentences just for the sake of defending their side. Yet this is not a fight. At least, I don't see it that way.

Maybe BVG will pay attention to this kind of Polls
They never said NEVER, they just said Unlikely
And Lack of Revenue ($$$$$), make strange bedfellows, I would not hold it against them if they change their minds on this issue. You do what you have to do to keep your Business Going.
This is a GAME for us..... but IT'S A BUSINESS FOR BVG
yoworld.com wrote:Q: Will you be re-releasing specific items?
A: Unlikely, but we may create new variations of them.
Gary wrote:If the item was officially released previously and everyone had the opportunity to get it, then no. We know item rarity and value is very important to the players, and we respect that.
Viking John wrote:Hey everyone!
As it's been stated a few times in this thread quoting Gary's interview with YoRehab, if any item has officially been released by Zynga in the past we will not be putting it back into the game. Accidental releases such as the Menorah Hat are different, as they weren't an official release.
All of your 08 and 09 costumes, retro specks, and all the other valuable items that have been released before are not going to be re-released. As Gary mentioned, we understand the value of rare items and want to keep it that way.
If you see people posting 'rumor' threads about releases coming tomorrow or next week, if it's not a post from one of us then it's exactly that, a rumor!
I hope this helps clear things up for everyone!

Don't pay attention dear, to anyone saying this poll is not very "scientific" because only so many people participated in it....
US population is over 317.000.000 (million People) and when they publish any "professional" poll they usually only sample/poll about 1500 (hundred) people or 0.00047318611987381704% of the entire population.
So, the latest data on daily yoworld Population/players show that there is only 17,000 daily active users ... so do the math it's 1.8705882352941177% of YO population..... So your poll is as "scientific", as any professional poll would be.

Scientific does not mean how many participated, with a scientific poll you can have a small number participate. Scientific is concerned with how you phrase the questions and how you obtain your sample. So no this poll isn't as "scientific" as any professional poll would be.
I don't know where you get 17,000 daily active users appdata.com has yoworld daily active users between 100,000 and 500,000 and much closer to 500,000 than 100,000.Karma YED (167876742) wrote:So, the latest data on daily yoworld Population/players show that there is only 17,000 daily active users ...
In a scientific poll you can't have 2 answers that are throwaways ...Karma YED (167876742) wrote:LOL....
I am so glad I have decided to see what you had to say, your statements are so entertaining
The questions that require YES or NO answer has absolutely no margin of error, in this instance
Question ---'Would you like the existing "Ghost themes" in store to be unlocked?---
DEFINITELY YES
DEFINITELY NO
This is as SIMPLE & "SCIENTIFIC" as it comes...
The other 2 questions are throwaways
The major distinguishing difference between scientific and unscientific polls is who picks the respondents for the survey. In a scientific poll, the pollster identifies and seeks out the people to be interviewed. In an unscientific poll, the respondents usually “volunteer” their opinions, selecting themselves for the poll.
