I'm not here to debate, but you're entitled to ur opinion...we always buy too, no one can say who spends more, that's all subjective.

We decorate, we buy, we keep the rooms in tact and then buy some more.
same, i do the same thing and have a plethora of items stored.. :)

The fact Zynga went down after releasing theme after theme only proves that it's not a good business model. Give us decorators a break or you're going to lose the rest of us and then who will the hoarders sell their million coin windows to.
Again, no offense, but you're speculating as how ZYNGA went down...and then u threaten to leave....smh

We're all going to have a difference of opinion and just bc people agree with one another, doesn't make them RIGHT and that works both ways.

IF we cannot compromise, then all bets are off for a win win for everyone,. that's including BVG.

Keeping furniture and decorator items in the game is the compromise. Right now the whole game is pandering to the buy/sell crowd and the decorators have been getting the shaft.

There are a plethora of collectibles and clothes on timers. The compromise you want is obviously to pander to the buy/sell.

Timers are definitely a great idea, especially with some of the older unreleased items or collectible items that we plan on releasing in the future. We certainly plan on doing this!

PS: As of right now there should be timers up on the Helicopters that were released yesterday, so get 'em while they're hot! :D

That doesn't sound like a compromise, that sounds more like "it's my way or the highway comment." How is that a compromise? Just bc we have wearables, that doesn't mean that only certain items should be on timers.

As a decorator, I disagree with u.

There are no collectibles on timers, but there's three helicopters in the store on timers .....seriously?

what about decorators? helllo? was not yoville a game to decorate? It turns out that we dont have new stuff to play with, and for the people not interested on make a yo-business or show off virtual clothes , furniture is the only thing that keep us coming to this game. So if they want to place timers on clothing or useless stuff for docorating I really could not care less, but NOT on furniture.
We love decorating, and we are being left to a last place in the game.

Timers should not be put on EVERYTHING, not saying anyone here implied that, just adding it in.

Also, no old themes should be put on timers yet until BVG is able to replace the furniture items with new ones. ;)

I would agree if you mean to get rid of the closed themes. If you mean to close more themes, then I absolutely, positively, vehemently disagree.

I would love for all themes to always be available so that there is no longer a need to hoard things just in case I'll need them in a year. When I decorate a house, I pull from everything available. I've actually counted as many as 36 themes in a single room of mine!

However, some things that are seasonal or collectible in nature might very well be on a timer.

Most people are being left out when it comes to furniture. I'ts not just the decorators. Bvg is working on getting new furniture out to us all but once they do they should and probably will have timers on a few items. I'm sure they'll keep most of it available for a long time but no matter what we still need collectibles. It shouldn't be any different then when zynga released collectibles in each theme. If anyone needs it they can buy when it comes out :)

You're condescending by posting a rudimentary definition along with an opinionated connotation and then say no hard feelings?

Right now there are more items that have been retired than not retired. There is your compromise. Please stop trying to remove the few items left.

You said earlier "There are a plethora of collectibles and clothes on timers." I replied to that comment. Had u mentioned the above, that may've changed some dialogue, but not my position.

There is your compromise. Please stop trying to remove the few items left.

Take it as u wish, I'm not here to argue, but I assure you wasn't being condescending, I was laughing bc i thought ur comment was a bit over the top. I'm not here to be snide to anyone; if i say, no hard feelings, I meant it.

BTW~ I'm not trying remove anything, it's all up to BVG.

i didn't read all the replies, but Gary did say they would be releasing items with limited numbers that can be sold, i'm not sure about timers, but i think its within the same concept of making some items rare and desireable but i think they shouldn't put timers on everything because then we would just be overloaded and everything would be valuable(i don't think that's a good thing) just like maybe some quick themes only out for a day, or 1 day collectibles, hairs, whatever but still keep the concept of most things not being rare :)

I do want timers on some hairs especially the newest ones that have come out.. But I only want the timer so I can get a hefty profit.. I don't play the game for coins I just really want pink rets/cupid bow/08 Fem Nature.. I want them because I love them, not for their wealth (I'd buy them if they were 1000c and never sell them).

Eventually I think BVG will start putting more items out with a timer on them, we just have to give them time to create items that they think will be good enough to be counted as a 'collectable'. :geek:

Exactly

sellers buy homes, we decorate our homes and we stockpile to sell later for future rares. we had collectables in the past. there needs to be compromise for all players

Madam Maria (9350734) wrote:I just want to say in order for the game to be fun and challenging, please put timers on the hairs and unreleased items! It makes them more challenging to acquire, but also raises their value....most hairs were always released for a week. Yo to me was to always have those rare sought after items, chatting with friends and decorating...Also another suggestion is to put timers on old themes and make room for BVG's new themes to be released. I know some people won't agree with me, but its just my opinion and my opinion only! Leaving everything in the stores makes playing the game a little dull. If you put timers on items BVG, people will buy more yocash and more yocash sales makes for a happier BVG payroll! If you added timers to some items, you betcha life I will be purchasing alot of yocash to stock my over 300 homes!! Thanks for letting me speak my mind...have a great day <3 :) ;)
