I wish I had delivery boxes.
Do you try to open them while they are in your inventory? Have you tried placing them in a room and then opening them?Perhaps, someone who has them will pop in with better suggestions.

Did u double click on them? Sometimes they seem not to open but disappear when u go into edit mode! Gl

Yes! I AM having the same problem and nothing I do is working. I cannot open in groups using the "enter 0 to 100" thing and I cannot open in a room. Help please! HAAAAAAAuuuuulp me, please! :cry:

OH my that would be horrible if you could not open them! I opened all of mine before the move over. I miss those lovely lovely special boxes!

Hope they fix this for you .. and maybe even re-instate them for us again.

I opened a bunch too but saved some for after the move. Since BVG took over, I've opened about 5000 with no problem. I don't even have a problem with them removing the boxes and giving us another way to make coins, but I had sent a ticket and got a response asking specifically if the boxes were staying or leaving, with the statement that I didn't care one way or the other but if they were leaving to let us know because I have a lot of coins sitting in those boxes, waiting for a rainy day. I was assured that they were staying. So, I hope one of the Vikings sees this thread.

Bringing this to the top again. I try very hard not to get upset with things in the game that are not working. I know this is a process that BVG must go through, however, these sd boxes have me truly stumped. They have been working/opening just fine since the beginning of the take over and now have just stopped. No explanation. Nothing. It really bugs me. Sorry. I'm not one to complain but when you save this many boxes to open as needed, and have been doing that for 3 months and now all of the sudden it's gone. Ugh. Just aggravating is all I can say.
