ABOUT A MONTH AGO I ENTER MY MALE CUPID IN AH I FROZE AND IT VANISH WHEN I REFRESH..THEN JUST NOW I ENTERED MY FIRE WOMAN IN AH AND ONCE AGAIN I FROZE AND WHEN I REFRESH IT TOO VANISH JUST NOW..?..I WOULD LIKE MY COSTUMES BACK PLEASE..BVK IM SO FRUSTRATED MMM ?

Ive lost an 09 Cupid Bow and a Male Cupid

Sent in a ticket with the approximate time I lost them....and they were both returned to my inventory with a professional apology from one of the Vikings within a couple weeks

They have a lot of tickets to deal with so you just have to be patient....but they DO have great customer service....unlike the last company

As for submitting a ticket, PFFT. I lost an item too and got the typical auto response. I don't hold out much hope of having it resolved. I will NOT be using the AH for awhile. This has been a problem for more than a week.

This is good to hear........I lost an item, have sent in a ticket, hopefully it will be resolved soon.

It takes a couple of weeks now to get a response since, there are so many tickets submitted each day. I hope you get a resolution soon. I am also waiting for a response to my own ticket. Submitted about a week ago now.

ooh heck - I won't be listing anything worth much for a while in there then. Thanks for the thread - I had no idea such things could happen. I have dealt with BVG customer service with Fish World though and, even though the mistake was mine, they returned the item I accidentally sold back and communicated really well. I think you will find things do get sorted though sheer numbers may mean it takes some time.
