So Ive played this game since it was yoville when it first started. Ive bought yocoins, yocash, etc. My last purchase was around 2009. Since then ive played on and off. Just last month, ive had around 65,000 yocoins, which was purchased from 2009. A few days later, i log on and most of my coins was missing, leaving me with around 10,000 yocoins. Emailed support and they tell me all they can see is back to June of this year, and that they had no transaction history. Anyone else had a similar issue?? I Feel like I been ripped off by either Zynga, or big viking games. It really sucks that ive played this game all these years without hacking, modding, scamming, etc. and out of nowhere I lose what I payed for.

OHH Ok I see what your saying. But why should I sell off my stuff to get coins that mysteriously vanished with no rhyme or reason? I can understand if I cheated to get those coins, but they were paid for

Glad you've decided to play Yo again (cause we need all the players we can get). I'm sorry you lost your coins - that really stinks. I hope you continue playing in spite of it.

Its very discouraging to play anymore honestly, but im not gonna say i wont or will play it. I lost around 55k, which isnt much, and i know this. its just the fact this has happened and BVG tells me their isnt anything that could be done.

So sorry u lost some coins...I'm sure you'll be able to make that amount in no time soon, but lots of us lost a many things upon the move...so, I hate to say this, but our game was as good as gone and BVG did what they could to bring it back and when they transferred the data, there were some us that lost items etc..

I hope u decide to continue to play again tho :)

Sorry this happened to you.
Upon the changeover many of us logged in to find that not only did we have items missing but 1/2 year worth of data was missing, meaning anything we decorated back in the summer last year up to the changeover this year just dumped into our inventories. Some items played hide and seek and went back to the very first place we'd ever put them and some things were just gone. We all were upset for a little while but still thrilled that we still had our game.

There's a website where you can get more information: http://www.yoworld.com

Here's an excerpt : Account Reversion

A small portion of players have reported their items have gone missing.

There is unfortunately no recourse for recovering the lost data. We know many affected players have screenshots, videos or other proof of missing assets and would request for us to recreate them. After much deliberation, we’ve decided that the only course of action we take is to do what is fair for everyone affected. Due to our inability to verify anything, we cannot offer coin or item reimbursement at this time.

No amount of apologies or reassurances will make the upset of losing your homes or items disappear, but please know that you have our sincerest apologies for this and our assurance that we will absolutely never let this happen on our watch.

If you want I'll recover your lost coins for you (Many players have been helping each other out).
I have it to spare. Just message me by clicking on the key below this and I'll make a time to meet
up with you in game.

Welcome Back. Let's start on a great note!

how do you possibly remember how many coins you had in 2009? I stopped playing for 2+ years and what I had was what I had I guess maybe you just forgot about some purchases especially in AH was up and running, it's not so much to worry about, you'll make it back with just 2yc
