I'm glad you are aware of the importance of toasters. They are the Treasury Bonds of Yo. I'd never suggest credenzas. They are Junk Bonds.

But if it is items you seek that hold value, collectibles are your best option. They seem to be the only items that are marginally safe from rerelease and most of em are pretty cool. But they are also declining in value at the moment. BVG's plans to remove coins from the game is working. Players are spending coins faster than they can be replaced. This will inevitably drive prices down for everything as buyers can no longer afford the asking prices, then sellers will adjust so they can get coins for the items they want.

Buy a sapling tree. It will not only grow on ya, but you can branch out your earnings a bit. Just dont be stumped with anything later.
