I asked the Vikings about this issue a while ago, and they said they were considering allowing pet sales in the AH again (as it was allowable originally). Hopefully, they'll see how many people would like this feature :-)

I think the main difficulty is the information that goes along with them.
All pets have "baby" and "adult" stages,in the baby stages there's many thing to learn so that info may be hard to go through the AH also as stated there's the license issues...
Also Pet clothes may not be sold in the AH...

This is true, but only for the smart pets (Siamese cat, Pomeranian, Lion, Unicorn, Mr. Groovy). They could allow all the other pets in while they figure out the nuances of the smart pet sales.

I am pretty sure the ones I want to sell are not a licensed pet...just the old pets ....they come as they are. :D
I see NO reason why those can't be sold off in the AH...other than i feel a wee bit guilty selling off a pet....like it looks at me with a hurtful stare and i feel bad LMAO.

I was thinking about the exact same thing just now. Glad you made this thread. It would be nice to be able to buy & sell pets on AH. Hope they add that feature sometime.

It took me a moment or two ...or three...to figure out one couldn't put them in the AH. I would go to the selling section look for the turtle/poodle couldn't find it...go out...go to inventory see pet...check name....go back can't find it..go back to inventory again recheck name...go back to AH....finally figured it out! LMAO!!! Dang it all!
I hope they change it so we can as well. :)

;) They make such a mess and there is nobody there to walk them. In the interests of Yo animal welfare it was decided that the seller should meet the buyer for such a transaction so they could ensure the pet is going to a good home.

Pets haven't been allowed in the AH for ages now. I did a YoRehab article back on January 2013.
