Step 1: Hang Out
• Every day, complete Hang Out tasks to earn a free item and a token
• Optional bonus challenges will give you gems, too

Step 2: Participate in Challenges
• Enter on the first day of each challenge
• Each challenge has requirements that must be met before submitting
• Meet the optional criteria to earn a rating boost!
• You can leave and come back to your creation at any time before submitting - be sure to come back before the deadline to hit the button so you're eligible for voting! (No edits will be permitted after submitting. If you start an entry but don't submit it, your items will be returned to your inventory no more than 24 hours after the end of that challenge)
• One default room will be available for decorating and two default outfits to choose from, male or female, when dressing up the Yo
• To vote, come back on the second day of each challenge
• You'll earn gems for voting a minimum of five times, but you can keep voting past that if you wish
• Collect results on the third day of each challenge. Your star rating is calculated based on how other YoFans have voted
• Any rating boosts will be added to your voting score
• Prizes for these challenges may include gems, YoCash, or even silver tokens! (More about these in Step 3 below)
• At the end of the event, all items used for your submissions are yours to keep
• Items and rooms will be given at the end of each challenge
• Outfit slots can be claimed at the end of the event

• Open event chests using your gems
• These chests contain existing in-store, as well as new Holiday Penthouse items.
• You'll receive one common item from the wooden chest, or one rare-or-better item from the mega chest
• To guarantee one brand new EDE2024 event exclusive item, take advantage of the magic chest! (These exclusive items are also available in the other two chests)
• Click on any unlocked item in the rewards tab to see the item name
• Silver tokens unlock even more cool prizes - your silver token progress can be seen at the top of the event pop-up
• You can trade YoCash for gems if you want to open more chests
• Check back frequently for updated daily deals and new tier deals!

• Submission troubles got you down? Worry no more with the new Submission Confirmation pop-up!
• Once you've perfected your design and clicked "Submit", you'll be presented with a confirmation window
• Your completed room or outfit should appear in this pop-up


• If your completed design is showing and is correct, go ahead and click "Submit" to enter your design


• If your design is incorrect or not showing at all, clicking "Report Problem" will send all relevant information to our team for them to diagnose what may have happened
• This will help us fine-tune the submission process going forward to make the entire submission and voting experience better for everyone!


• Once the report has been automatically submitted, you can try to submit your design again, hopefully with a better outcome!
• The new Submission Confirmation applies to both Decor and Costume challenges!

I think BVG falls into a pattern, and they dont switch as quickly?

Rather then to space out cats and dolls, we get saturated with them - same w/ pink and shabby chic …..if you space out things a bit more; it would help build excitement too

We have been in a swanky swing of things for a while now … I expect we will get a very typical north american christmas as well as it seems a tropical christmas our friends to the south get to enjoy —— Im still waiting for something very fun and kitschy mid century modern - I ask endlessly. that and I want a realistic planet of the apes theme, we can use any bit of fiction but I thought based off of Brave New World - I dont know; might be a better movie script then Yoworld theme >>>>>> yah, I know - crazy… I just dont think we as players have that much say. Its not difficult to notice the patterns and themes that our team seem to enjoy - and we dont see the numbers? soo in the mean time I just go along for the ride; and try not to be a too big a pain

Its rare I share an opinion on a theme - ok i’m always..honest I try not too. I want everyone to get everything; No matter the theme I always seem to find something to buy LOL As such, I ask for things but once the choice is made I make the effort to cheer for the home team

any way; I wanted to share - that I was confuse, that the color pallet was something … then I realized SinCity I love Sin City Im the only in all of YO lol So I cant wait to bend this a bit (oh btw my most favorite thing to do; put my twist on a theme) Thanks Vikings (this is still a work in progress, to see how things bounced off each other)

Real mess today trying to find "seating" that would count as "seating." Cost of completing today's room was prohibitive.

idk why u make challanges in weird areas ,,u asking for 2 buddies outside of pet shelter ???,very small area and there are arrows then ppl clicking it accidently (in the massive lag)trying to add someone or trying to find a space to stay but they going to other room when click the arrows ,smh
other wrong area is clothing store ,takes so long to load and always need 3 ppl around ,why u never trying to make things easy ! there are so many other areas to use for challanges and that would do better gaming experience

The Conversation Firepit is absolutely gorgeous, but COME ON...

OK, that last post was funny! I really love this event, I was really impressed by the different skyline options given!, It would be great to have the 4 seasons added to them so some could use it all year. I love the little seating area but didnt try and use it there! The arrow automatically being attached to my Peppermint house confused me! The little arrows are fantastic at blending into their surroundings! I would love to see some doormats that did the same thing with a much larger area to click on. I would use them in-front of the cute fairy homes and buildings made for outside of the homes to link to a modular room so it could feel like you really are going into a secret space! One of my favorite things in my hideaway bookcase! I wish every house had one to stick things in it to store items to be kept with the house but not actively in use! I use to hide all my treasures there! So yes I love doing the events now that I learned what they are!

Can you sell this apartment as a house so we can keep the rewards we get from the gems in the apartment. Another reason is because the view from the EDE2024 Backdrop is very modern, in accordance with the current situation. Very different from usual. I am crazy about this modular room, especially if it is a complete apartment. Please make it for us.

I like the backdrops but they're a strange shape, a bit hard to use anywhere else other than that one-room.
