[Slightly long read, but it's worth it to know how "safe" you really are]

On June 11, I logged onto Yoworld and say that my 4 million in coins, 44 yc, hair, 08 (rerelease costumes), and a few other items worth a lot of money were gone. I tried to remain calm, and I immediately asked what to do on Yoworld's facebook page, they told me how to get help.
So, I sent the help request, sent every detail of what I could remember, and sent the request. After a long week of waiting, I get this response back,

EDITED OUT

First off, they say they DO NOT review trades or transactions between other players, so who are they even protecting in regards of scams? They said G4G is bad and they wont give back items you sent (which they shouldn't, only people who love getting scammed do that), and the same for the obvious double-your-money scam (If you fall for that when you have millions to trade, you probably deserve it...).

Still, if they don't record anything, what use are they? What other scams are there? My account was literally hacked by someone across the world (maybe using keyloggers...Idk) I changed my password 3 times the night before I was hacked because fb said someone from India/and Turkey tried to access my account. My password was 15 words long (and believe you me, it was NOT a word/numbers anyone would ever think of). Back to the point, if THIS doesn't count as a scam that they can reimburse you, then what does?

Also, I find it insulting they give tips after saying they can't do anything saying not to give out my password...I haven't been playing for 5 years and made millions by giving out my flippen password!

Long story short, I don't think BVG cares about us at all (regarding being hacked...They at least care enough to try to make the game better, and I give them credit for that) because I just lost 5 years of everything worth anything to me, and they just plead the 5th on the subject. There is no yojustice. I lost everything worth anything to me, the player wasn't banned, and I don't know what else to say other than I'm just going to quit because I get depressed every time I logged on to see if I got my stuff back or a type of ransom to get at least something back from whoever may have hacked me.

I am sorry this happened to you. Maybe contact support one more time and explain all of it again. I don't know really what is best for you to do.

Ask them if they can look at your account and see anything strange on that date.
Do not quit! Did you set your security on Facebook so you will be notified if anyone tries to log into your account from a place unlike your address?
What items were taken? Maybe we can help you somehow.

Didn't I read this somewhere earlier? I did read the whole thing and I am a bit perplexed by that statement that you highlighted, but in fairness, you don't post YOUR email to them. Just the reply that you got so it makes me wonder what exactly you told them?
As a side note, I don't believe we are supposed to discuss these things here on forum, so, idk what to tell you. Wish you the best and hope it gets straightened out.

Firstly, Sorry for your unfortunate experience.
They stated ways for you to stay away from a scam, but if you involve yourself in risky situations,
then that is clearly your fault. If you click punishing sites such as he state, it is also your fault for not realizing on
what you clicked on. They do this because they get so many reports that they don't know are false reports or not,
so for them not to review trades is smart. It is your responsibility to keep safe, not theirs. Ofcourse they care about
our safety! Why else would they give us steps on how to stay safe? It is you who has to abide by them. Someone
cannot just hack into your account without help from you, so who ever has done this, you done something wrong in
that path, and ended up with a sour result.
I see nothing wrong with the response Viking John gave.
It is very unfortunate this has happen to you, but make this a learning experience..
Best of luck!

After reading it again, it sounds like you may have asked them to check into trades for other players besides your self and maybe they meant they don't check into other players FOR YOU or FOR anyone......idk...just trying to make sense of it.

I would write again. I would ask them about this discrepancy in what they say they can and cannot do. Maybe I read it incorrectly.

I don't know what to make of that statement, because I have contacted them twice about trades in game, asking specific questions, and in both instances, they were able to tell me WHAT ITEM was traded and HOW MANY coins were traded.

I'm sorry about that but I'm also surprised how they said they don't have any history of trades or who bought what in the game. Because Greg said in the Yoworld community group that they know everything what someone bought, they know of every trade.

Yes, the day it happened, I set up every security on FB I could think of (Including the text conformation thing...which I wish I had at the time.I would had set it up earlier, but when facebook said someone tried to log on somewhere else the day before, they said they locked my account until I could confirm it)...so I assumed they would always do that...apparently not. (Awesome fb feature...)
I lost all my hairs (The animal reserve anime looking hair), my blonde chunky, heart blue chunky, nyc red chunky, my spellbound blonde curly hair, spellbound blue hair...and I think there may have been 1-3 more, but I can't think of them.
I also lost my rerelease 08 costumes (I had one of each that was rereleased, except I had 2 yoheros...and a second of another...idr)
He stole my 4 million+ coins, and spent all 44 of my yocash I was saving...

I lost between 10-20 million worth of stuff and money...Luckily he didn't explore my houses, I think he was in a rush because he quickly transfered over everything I had worth money on hand (I had most of my worth money collectibles on me...so he got those >_>). He even missed a few worth money items! I would be happier, but then I realize how much he took, and I just want to quit.

I'm especially mad because my goal was to save up for the yovillian...I felt like I could do it then, but now it's impossible.

Yes, I know they log it all. Maybe this level of support has limited access to that data?

I didn't do anything "risky" and I haven't since I started playing 5 years ago. And how do you see nothing wrong with their response, they literally said they cannot and will not do anything to help me. I was hacked; I didn't give out my password, I didn't click on any strange sites or links, and I don't know why you think their response is ok.

If it was you in a situation of being hacked, they wouldn't do anything either. I'm sorry for seeming rude, but I don't see how you can think this is ok.

And I posted it here to let others know how they treat situations like this. If I didn't say anything, no one would know.

And how is it my fault? I don't recall doing anything wrong except logging on and seeing my stuff was gone. Oh, I see, I'm wrong because I was hacked...that makes sense.

If you had read the TOS the response you received would be of no surprise.
Your account security is your responsibility. And they are not responsible for what occurs between players.... "Getting scammed".
Sorry it happened to you but.... Personal responsibility has to play a part in how we play the game.

Instead of ranting and further breaking TOS by posting correspondence from BVG maybe you should be running a handful of scans to find the keylogger in your computer.

sorry for you :( but at least you still got your account and some of your stuff *-* ! everything lost can be reacquired in a way or another xD,in this kind of situation good peeps also like to donate sometimes
Anyway they prolly already checked your account and banned whoever did it but you could still email them once again just to ask for clarifications, without being angry or sound harsh, even if it's hard and i bet it is.
