Today while decorating I made a room go from level 1 to level 9, well I bought stuff so I leveled up. I wanted to go to the factory to work before I leveled up again from the Yopoints I got from room leveling up and when I left the room to go to the factory I didn't get my coins or my Yopoints... is this something I obviously shouldn't have done? good day all xox

The last couple of rooms I decorated I received coins for.
I hope they will fix it for everybody for who it isn't properly working.

It's been hit or miss for me. Usually I get them. Was buying mystery packs to level up rooms (the coin ones). A couple of times I had to leave the room and reenter to get the correct level to show up. Didn't hear the coins falling but might have got them. A few times I'm pretty sure I didn't.

Another thing that happened twice. I bought a 1,000 coin mystery pack and set it near the edge of the room. It wouldn't let me click on it. Opened edit to move it closer to middle of floor and it disappeared both times. Upon refreshing, one had an item setting where it was before and the other one never has shown up, nor anything new in my inventory. So from now on, I will be buying them one at a time and watching things a little closer.

It's just a function of the game not being operational yet, just being opened.
I suspect the Vikings are redoing a lot of our game features making new and more fun ways to earn coins.
Just sit back and wait for the roll outs, and don't be surpised what's been disabled, it may mean it's on the chopping block due to be replaced with something more fun, or just temporarily turned off while the continue to work on the game.
Wait for the Grand reopening of our game in it's fully operational state and moving foward before worrying about what is turned on or off right now is my advice.
I am sure whatever is to come will be well worth the wait. The Vikings know how to put together really fun filled games. I can't wait to see what they do with this game.

Often the coins are there before the sight or sound of them falling... check your amounts before you do anything... I hope it all gets straightened out for everyone.
