Well, the countdown to planning and cooking has begun. I know everything will work out as it should, but I just get so anxious about everything coming together. The most important part for me though, is seeing my children and loved ones, and hearing their voices and laughter. I can't wait for more memories to be made. :)

I am thankful my oldest who is away at college is going to make it home, even though it is a short trip. We are going to have an early Thanksgiving dinner so he can leave right after and head home for a few hours sleep. He works retail and has to work 3am to 1pm Black Friday

Hey, ya'll!!

I am washing clothes because I need loose-fitting pants. I will be eating well this week and next.

I know my mother will need assistance in the cooking but I will be sneaking in her homemade Rice Krispy Treats  I have to keep traditions alive.

Im most nervous about making the mashed potatoes, because I can never get the right texture. Today, im just going to finish the cheesecakes :)

Not many people are coming over so I fear I may have bought too much :haha: everyone will be able to take plenty home thankfully.

Goodluck to him... those types of sales bring out the worst in customers. Its so sweet that you all are moving the celebration time just for him. :) I work that day too but so does everyone else, so late dinner it is :haha:
